It feels great to achieve this milestone!
It has been very tiring and exhausting to see in the last few weeks:
-Missing the first All program draw by getting the needed CRS, but not missing it by the date cut off
-Seeing back CEC/PNP
-Not getting an NOI from Ontario because their cutoff was 463-477 missing it because of the 478 I have
Now very happy, and looking forward for the next steps in this long journey!

My only hope is that IRCC does not switch every two weeks between all programs and CEC/PNP draws. Waiting patiently @470. Congrats to everyone who got their ITA, however, anyone can explain the high cutoff of 476? Numbers indicate something in the range of 473-475 max!

I hope they continue to do all-program draws in the coming months. I really wish I could receive an ITA with CRS469 before the end of this year. Anyway, today’s draw is a good sign that things are getting better than previous months. With vaccines being developed and mass produced at the same time, it is not impossible we will see it available for travelers in this fall. If that happens, I guess draws will be back to normal completely.
