Hi there!

I'm a civil engineer (NOC 2131) and I'm planning on starting my application real soon - the only thing missing is my IELTS because, due to the pandemic, all test centers were closed in my country.

My question here is: is 18 months of work experience enough to land my a PR under the EE?

I was researching about PNP in BC and Alberta and both of them ask for 2 years of work experience.

Do I have any real chance to get nominated with less than 2 years of work experience?

My CRS points are around 446

Thanks!

446 is too low to be selected under Express Entry directly.

You'll want to look into the PNP programs - or otherwise look to increase your score to around the 470 range to have a chance to apply for EE directly.
