Applying for TRV for my wife for the 3rd time

Hi

Its been almost 02 years me and my wife are living away as she is not getting her TRV approved and now PR is stuck due to covid. Last month, my work permit got renewed for 02 years and I am planning to go for TRV for the 3rd time. Please can you advise should i go for it or not?

This is the current and past situation:

• I am currently on a work permit in Canada, currently work permit is valid for next 02 years.
• I got married on 28-Feb-2019. I traveled back to Pakistan to get married.
• I applied TRV twice to get my wife here but it got rejected on the grounds of common ties in Canada, her financial situation and travel history.
• I applied for PR and PR got rejected due to incomplete Job offer letter.
• I applied for PR again with AOR on 25-Nov-2019 and currently only security check is remaining. Everything else is passed like Eligibility etc is passed.

Please advise is it a good idea to go for TRV again? If yes, please can you advise how should i write invitation letter to convince the visa officer to approve our application?

@Humaira umer I see that your wife got owp . Im in similar boat. how did u convince ties to her homecountry. May I know how u got ur owp finally?
