Hi,

AOR May 4 (inland) my status changed from "your action is required (biometrics") to submitted. Of course, I could not submit biometrics. What is the reason behind this change? The next step (eligibility) passed?

You are best off requesting your GCMS file and since you are inland you can do so for free.

When does it change to submitted?

Thanks. I think it will take some time. Until then, any comments?
It does take some time, these days a couple of weeks. Any update is a sign of progress, it's likely a system update to move the application to the next stage. Based on your AOR the application is likely still under Eligibility Review

This happens for everyone who has passed 30 days from BIL. System default.
Edited: Check your status of Biometrics, you will see a different message now.

Thank you. I know it is a little bit early but, an applicant (AOR May 7) passed the eligibility phase recently. (called IRCC today).
