Hello

I am james from Australia. I am 24 years old. I have completed my Engineering in software programming. I and my dad (he is dead now) left Canada when I was 19 years old. I am alone in Australia. I have a expired PR card. Can I apply apply for new PR card and do Master in Toronto. I have enough money for fees / staying and settling in Canada.

Please suggest me and help me out

do you have 5 years outside of Canada?
with the info you gave;
I thing you can not apply any because you don't meet the residency requirement.

You cannot apply for a PR card outside of Canada. You can apply for a PRTD if you have a strong case explaining why you stayed outside of Canada for so long.

From your prior postings you already entered Canada back in 2015 under H&C, and then left again
What was the reason you never stayed that time ?
As mentioned five years ago, you’re playing with fire
