I am September 2019 too- Application moved to NDVO after Medicals & Biometrics completion on Jan 13,2020 and Application Received by NDVO Jan 29,2020 - After that no update.

What we did was contact them 3 weeks after we received Pre Arrival Services letter and DM on ECAS. They responded that we can immediately mail them my wife’s passport and four photos.

edit: by “them“ I mean the embassy in Warsaw where the app was being processed.

Hi, I have a question. So, did you have to book the tickets before mailing the passport to them? I mean that’s what they mean by travel itineraries?

Last week we received the pre-arrival letter out of Bogota. Another member got a 'decision made' update as well, again from Bogota.

I am August 2019 applicant, only 12 days remaining to cross the one year mark. I have recently received an update (AoR2) on ECAS from the LVO after the wait of more than 6 months. I am just telling you that there is a delay of 3 to 4 months as the backlog exist due to the Pandemic (COVID). So plz keep your hopes high. In Sha Allah all the applicants who are waiting for updates e.g. AoR2, Pre-Arrival, PPR and DM, will get these every soon.
