Hi, can anyone give an indication whether IRCC will resume FSW all program draws on continuous basis and if yes when. I have a CRS of 471 points and i have already foregone NOI from Ontario in the hope of getting ITA in all program draw since IRCC had come out with a all program draw on 8th July with CRS 478 . Now IRCC has gone back to previous specific program dues and my time to apply for OINP has already passed. i am very confused, how to proceed
