My quiery is that i have 5 backlog in b.com and have 6.5 in ielts overall and 5.5 in writing I scored 77 percent in 10 and 80 percent in 12th can my application for study visa be rejected since I have my acceptence letter from cap breton university

If you have an acceptance letter you may or may not be approved for a study permit. Information on how you scored in 10 is not relevant nor is the rest of the information you've provided. Your intent in studying in Canada, whether you have sufficient funds to support your study, whether an officer believes you are coming only for a temporary purpose - these are the factors that determine whether you will be approved for a study permit.

Embassy don't ask for backlog certificates.
Its the colleges who ask for Backlog certificate so if you got offer letter then you are good to go for filing visa and you don't need to mention your backlogs or attach backlog certificate along visa filing documents to embassy.
And paying tution fees and GIC is enough for filing under SDS.
