Congratulations! May I know in which city was your police verification was done?I finally got PCC delivered today. Yay!(Sorry, I know many people are still going through this but this one warrants celebration for me)
I hope my timeline helps people predict theirs.
Documents reached BLS - May 21
BLS started processing my application -- June 5
Documents reached CGI -- July 9th
Police verification initiated -- June 11
Police verification completed in India by local police -- July 09 ( I had to follow up multiple times
PCC Printed -- July 14
PCC transit from CGI to BLS - July 15
PCC received -- July 17.
It took 57 days from the start date to the end date. Or 1 month, 26 days.
My overall experience.
1. Great learning about Patience & Persistence
2. No-body cares about PCC except US ( people applying for immigration or other related that requires PCC)
3. You will eventually get the PCC.
So please plan 2 months to obtain PCC from India.
Also, this forum helped me predict the outcome with good accuracy(I predicted 15th July but got it 17th July), so thank you all for that!
I think I will not check this thread so often as I did the last couple of months
Please note, I have already submitted my profile AOR -21-June. Planning to upload PCC via webform. Trying to figure out what that's going to be so, if anyone knows the process or done this already, request you to let me know

I would like to share something and I am seeking help if someone can please advise me what should I do in this situation:
It is quite disturbing when "after 25 days, I received an email from BLS Brampton saying there were no contents inside the envelope" .....
Application for PCC sent through Purolator on June 22'2020 and the tracking showed that BLS Brampton received my documents on June 23'2020.
So in the fourth week, I contacted them over the phone couple of times as there was no status updation at their end. And at last after 4 weeks they have sent me an email saying "The envelope was empty"... I contacted Purolator and they confirmed that they have sent the documents inside the envelope and there was another empty envelope inside for the return (probably BLS people have opened that empty envelope as per purolator) but BLS team is firm on their decision that it was empty and I have to re-apply (postal application) and it is stressing me out that they have almost wasted 25 days and I have my ITA in my hand already and the time is limited :'(
Could someone please suggest me if there is any chance that if I can apply directly at CGI Toronto (walk in application) to save my time ? OR any other suggestions from you all ???

I think I confused you .. the cat is used in passport portal and not in bls site.. sorry for the confusion
