I did not disclose in my PR application form that I was refused a US B1-B2 visa and US Student ViSA and also a Hungary Schengen visa too. At the moment I have passed the eligibility and criminality check but security and background verification is on going at the moment. Please what can I do so that I won't be charged with misrepresentation?

You can submit a webform explaining why you didn't disclose (hopefully you have a better reason than "I forgot") and hope that the visa officer sees your webform before they notice the refusals.
I am assuming that you've ordered GCMS notes, does the information sharing section indicate that the information sharing with the US and Migration 5 countries has taken place?

I just submitted the webform and said I just spotted the wrongful omission and then attached the refusal notices. I hope that sounds reasonable enough. My GCMS is not yet out. I just hope the review officer sees my explanation before doing a review. I raised a csc and it came with a reply that eligibility has been passed and my file is queued up for a review.

If you have failed to disclose a past refusal, you need to submit a case specific inquiry and let IRCC know asap. You need to notify IRCC before they figure this out themselves.

I already did l. I wanted to know if it would be enough to disclose before IRCC found the error. I don't know if you know about any case. I made an involuntary error in regard of a Visa refusal of Canada in a sponsorship process.

On may 2019. I realized when I applied last week to a TRV and they ask me about the same. I answered correctly in the TRV but I realize that there were a similar question in my PR application and I found my error because in that case the question was mix with permanent status as refugee, PR, CSQ etc and I missed that TRV was also included.

I ordered notes last month and everything seems good but the eligibility assessment was not started at that time wich could explain why they have not found the error. I hope that this error doesn't ruin my entire process. I have been waiting for so long.
Since you've notified IRCC, there's really nothing more you can do now. Hopefully you notified them in time and they haven't already found this issue themselves. Good luck.
I didn't get any email response from them. Since you declared before they discovered there won't be any problem. They discover when they work your biometrics information during info sharing not eligibility. I already got the golden email so everything is in order for me.

I did a small marrige cermney november 2014 with my spouse before we I got my PR in india but we never registred for Marriage certificate back then
My wife came in dec 2014 december to canada on student visa and was living with me only and then I became PR in April 2015 . So then in 2015 in november we went back to India and registred our marriage on the same day we intially got married. So Then we came back to canada and I did inland sponsorship for her PR and showed our mariage november 2015 the same date with certificate and pictures..... i just wanted to know is that counted as misrepsentation.... will ircc get to knoe abot this ??
