Applicant : Cambodian + 2 children (previous married)
-Application sent 18 April 2019( Sponsor fee paid upon applied)
- Application recieved by IRCC 25 April 2019
- Sponsor approval 27June 2019
- Biometric requested payment and paid 05 July 2019
- Biometic confirmed payment 16 July 2019
- Biometric attend requested 20 August 2019
- Biometric done 22 August 2019
- Medical exam requested 28 September 2019
- Medical exam attend 03 October 2019
- Medical passed 17 October 2019
- Interview requested 06 November 2019
- Interview attended and passed on spot 28 November 2019
- Kids custody court order requested 06 December 2019
- Pre- arrival service letter 06 December 2019
- Kids custody court order summited 14 December 2019
- Decision made 24 January 2020

I have applied for PR application under PNP PEI ( Prince Edward Island ) program.
My timeline and current status are as below :
Application Received : July, 24 2019
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results : January 15, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents : We are reviewing the additional documents you provided ( I submitted requested additional docs on Feb, 20 2020 )
Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometric : January 10, 2020 Completed.
Background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made
Invitation to Pre-arrival services : Jan, 16 2020
I was working in PEI by temporary work permit.
Can Everyone help and advise when could I receive the final decision made ?

The theory is that you get a pre-arrival services letter when your eligibility phase has been passed. Assuming this is the toughest obstacle in the application process with so many scenarios that you can be refused at the whim of the officer reviewing your file, are the criminality and security stages routine if you have no issues on that side?
I'm curious as to when/if an interview is requested if needed. My wife and I have a 24 year age difference (she's younger)which might raise flags for an interview.
