Where did they have asked to send the passport as all VAC and VFS are closed

As per the VFS global website , all application centers will remain closed in India till 31st May . So , I am also waiting for them to open . As a matter of concern I will try to raise this question with Delhi immigration office .

the gcms notes contain confidential information but you can see a sample file at sample.gcmsnotes.com it takes about 30 days to receive the information from ircc, in some cases it can take longer

normally it takes about 30 days but with reduced visa activity due to covid-19 some gcmsnotes are coming through much faster. the processing time has not been consistent, prior to covid-19 it was taking 30+60 or 30+90 days even. then at the height of covid-19 ircc mentioned they had reduced operational capacity to process requests and now some files are coming through in 2 to 3 weeks. there is no way to expedite the processing for any 3rd party website or any individual (in canada or not).

You can apply for the notes in a number of ways; if in-land for free at https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en if outland then you can seek the help of a Canadian friend/relative to request on your behalf and the process is much the same with a fee of $5

Happy to hear that you got visa before the problem starts. But it's recommended to communicate with your college administration department frequently for more updates about your studies as rules are changing here in Canada because of this pandemic.

I think you are only allowed to fly if your program can't be online with supporting letter from institution

We are from Brazil, but she applied online and she is in Canada already. So I believe the Canadians were the ones who differ.
