No worries, it's a conundrum for sure. It's becoming more frequent that people are having trouble with this unfortunately.

It could be, but you're saying you've put the same NOC under your 1 year of Canadian experience, right? So it shouldn't be an issue.

You're correct that under CEC, they don't mention explicitly that your minimum work experience has to be in your primary NOC like it does for FSW, so it should not be a factor.

I'm just trying to think of ways the system might be wrongly registering your information.

Yes, but here’s the thing. Would the error be caused because the system expects me to complete my 1 year Canadian experience on the 23 of October 2020 because that’s when I complete a year from the day of issuance? As a result the system is just refusing it?

I guess I’ll never know if they don’t provide a detailed letter. The only solution I can think of right now is calling IRCC on Monday morning and hopefully they could guide me (if they pick up).

It should not be factor, you are allowed to work as soon they receive your application for PGWP not necessarily from the date it's issued.

I read all the replies and I don’t know if this will work but you can try it.
There is a question when you are filling your Canadian work experience.
My profile was ineligible for first time when I tried to apply.
The question is as follows:-
“Studying full-time while doing this job? A person must be in class at least 15 hours per week during the academic year to be considered full-time. This includes any period of training in the workplace that is part of the study program.”
You should select “No”
If you select “Yes” it will considered as work experience during your studies in Canada.

This was the only reason why my profile was ineligible.
When I selected “No”, it was accepted for Express Entry.
I hope this helps you

That’s not possible. I studied for one year in Canada and worked for one year, and I am currently residing in Canada. I should be eligible for CEC.

The following were possible reasons on the letter:

not having a valid language test, I have an IELTS
language test results that are more than two years old, dated November 2019
a language test score that is too low, (score 7.5, Score of 7+ on each section)
not having enough relevant work experience, I have one full year of experience in Canada Jun 19- Jun 20
not having the required education level, I have a 4 years Bachelor’s from back home - evaluated and approved by WES
not having enough funds.
Funds shouldn’t matter for CEC

I can’t prove my work experience back home in terms of funds, so I just selected “No” for foreign work experience. I didn’t think this could be a problem for CEC.
The fund is not required for CEC applicants but when you create an EE profile you have to put a sufficient number for the funding question.

Thanks for letting me know. I honestly do not remember what I answered for this question, but I’ll keep that in mind the next time I apply.

Do you know if there’s a maximum amount of numbers we’re allowed to apply from the same account?

I am not sure
But even if there is any limit just create a new account it won’t cause any issue. Even if it does just let them know in future that it was due to a particular question you didn’t know what to answer. And this Is not an intentional mistake or misrepresentation, so immigration won’t punish you for that. ^_^
And for your other question. I just wrote $5000 and still it didn’t matter. For financial support document just write a letter saying You’re accepted under CEC so no proof of funds required. Google this thing and you will get a proper letter of 2-3 sentences and link to the CIC where it says about no funds required.

Please refer to the link below for the minimum amount of funds required. After you receive ITA under the CEC stream, you can just simply write an LOE saying that you are not required to submit proof of fund.

Thanks for the website. I did try to apply again and increased my funds to $13,000 (individual applicant) and still was not eligible. I can’t think of any more reasons for this.

Did the primary NOC you choose is the same as the NOC from the work experience you have in Canada?

Yes. For my Work Experience I put the following:

- 1 year Canadian work experience - I chose NOC 0711 - Construction Managers (my title is Construction Project Coordinator) I chose this NOC as my primary.

- 1 year foreign work experience - I chose NOC 2151 - Architects (my title was Junior Architect)

I can't think of any other possible reasons right now. I suggest you make a list of the questions and your answers (or screenshots) then post them here so people can take a look and help you find out what's wrong.
