Hi, I'm finalizing my application, and one of my husband's statutory questions got an issue.
Question: Has he ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or other country?
Yes. He overstayed about 5 months in Australia, past his limit of 1-year work permit back in 2013, and he was ordered to leave the country. So he left.
Would this be a disadvantage for my application? Would this be a reason for them to refuse our PR application?
FYI, I'm the primary applicant.
