Hi all, I came to Canada in 2015 as a student and then moved back to home country in 2016. So I filed taxes for 2015 & 2016. In 2017, I worked in my home country and in 2018 I moved as PR to Canada. In 2017, I had work permit but for the whole year was not present in Canada and did not have any ties other than a credit card. So when I file taxes should I declare my total foreign income which I earned in my home country in 2017

I suggest you find an accountant to sort out your taxes.

It is unlikely that you were a tax resident for 2017 but it is impoasinle to say without knowing if you had any ties fo Canada other than your credit cards. If you have doubts CRA can tell you if you were a tax resident.
