actually i applied for my spouse three times and i got three refusals. i am on student visa. embassy was giving me reason that i am not eligible for work permit as my college was private but now i changed my college after three refusals and come in centennial college.
1.now i want to apply for open work permit for my spouse which is in india but due to covid 19. we feel insecure of being refused.
2.can i apply now for visa in this covid 19. if yes..is it safe time to apply?
3. after reading my condition.. what do you think..what are the chances for approval.
give me suggestions please.. which is the right time to apply and all.

SOWP is never guaranteed for spouses of international students. You didn’t qualify as a private student but attending a public school doesn’t guarantee approval either.

2 semesters are left. i am really worried ..now i am in second semester and two more are left..
Did you have a minimum of 6 months before your permit expires? If yes, you can go ahead and apply for sure provided you’re currently enrolled full time

It shouldn’t affect the result of your application. It will however affect the time it takes to process the visa due to restrictions in place to stop the spread of COVID

It will likely be tight and there also no guarantees that he will be approved. You can certainly apply. Would personally be focusing on the likelihood that you may be separated until you are on PGWP get a job in NOC 0, A or B.
