That's awesome! How did you phrase your question? I asked them specifically if I passed the eligibility stage, and they have yet to reply.

I managed to enter Canada this weekend as I have immediate family here. I'm FSW-O looking to move to Ottawa from the states. That said, my immediate family is in Québec, so that is where I am. I thought to call IRCC and say I am inland right now to see if that would accelerate the process, but I think since I'm in QC that could pose a problem. What do you guys think?
yeah , Quebec would be a problem....

Guys I think CIC has started working in rapid speed. I just got my dashboard updated to approved after getting CoPR about a week or more ago. So the wait is officially over. I hope ya'll stay steadfast and hear some good news soon.... Lets Go!

Don't do it! Call agents do not process or speed up the process. They only give you information and note your conversation in your file. Just leave out that part of inland or outland so you dont contradict yourself and whats on file. You can call to get more information and know where you are on the process but don't try to manipulate the process to speed up things. Outland and Inland are two different situations. Thats my opinion. Things have been speeding up lately and you should hear from them soon if everything on your file is going as processed.
