Hi,

I read much information but still at beginning of exploring CAN immigration. I am in US on H1B but looking to finally settle permanently. My points may not be high enough for express entry so I am looking at route to get masters and potentially work experience for extra point. Looking at MBA programs.

Only easy thing in US is getting student visas. Are people getting student visa rejected in CAN and what are my chances?

31 years old
married
bachelors in business
masters in information systems
6 years employment with no gaps.

Sure, it's certainly feasible for you to get approved for a study permit to take an MBA. Since you already have a Master's, you'll want to make sure you have an acceptance to a half decent school. Stay away from the low ranked schools.

Note that your spouse can apply to accomany you either through a TRV or open work permit but there is no guarantee of approval even if your study permit is approved. Just something to keep in mind.

Good luck.
