Did you raise any webform. I was approved on June 1 and was send am email which i never received.
I had my CoPR on Monday and received the documents by email today, Document says that you are now a Permanent Resident, If you are inland I find 3 things to update immediately. Please let us know if you find something else.
- Apply/Change SIN https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/sin/apply.html apply for changing SIN starting with 9
- Change status at Health Insurance, in BC it differs.
- Let your College/University know that you are no longer International Student (applies to ones have students in the family)
hey everyone, congratulations on those who already got COPR! I just got back from an agent, she told me my medical exam is under review, eligibility is review required, criminality is in progress and security is not started yet. it's gonna be a long wait ahead, fingers crossed.
1) After PR, You need to apply a new SIN. SIN starting with 9 is for temporary visas. Once you get a new SIN, CRA automatically gets your information. Try login To CRA Account with a new SIN. If login fails, register again. This information is based on my discussion with CRA cust. Care last week.
2) &3) - IDK
4) Let your employer know your new SIN.
5) If applied for CERB or EI maternity, let Service Canada Know about a SIN change. They don’t change it on your account until you ask them to do So.
6) PR holder can sponsor dependents/child’s that may give some tax benefits. Add new record on The CRA account or call their customer care.
Hello, i have same situation as you, my aor was on jan 18. I got ghost update on june 4.They said everything is passed 3 days ago, nothing change in cic portal, no update. I called them again today, different representative picked up the call, he said exactly same, also said nothing to worry, just you to wait.

I'd like to attempt to travel to Canada, as my primary residence is there. I signed the lease before the border closure, with the lease starting on May 1. I can provide proof to a border agent of my lease (showing my name and the date it was signed), utility bill in my name, Canada bank document (currently under a non-Canada address since I can only update this in person), and my pending PR application (including the email from IRCC showing that all my checks are currently valid/passed). Do you think I would be allowed in under this provision: "Foreign national who reside in Canada but are waiting for their Permanent Residency – primary residence or work in Canada"?
it is worth noting the text at the start of the document which specifies that "[t]hese scenarios only apply to FNs who are not otherwise excepted or exempt from the OIC under another category. All scenarios below involve a FN who is neither a registered Indian nor protected person, and who is not symptomatic for COVID-19."

Principal applicants for permanent residents who are in Canada and have dependents abroad will continue to have their applications processed, but delays in processing may occur. However, the principal applicant should not be granted permanent residence if their dependents who are abroad are unable to travel.
When travel is again possible, applicants will be informed of the next steps.

No news it seems, i think they are waiting for border opening to issue PPR/COPR
