New PR - address notification paper form to fax

Hi there,

When I landed in Canada, the officer did not take my address as it was temporary, and asked me to go online to update. However, the online page doesn't seem to work, regardless of what identification (UCI, application no) I used. Hence, I am planning to fax them the form (as I am outside Canada and they the website asked not to call). Any one has the form and can share pdf, so I can fill in and fax? I can't find it online.

I ended up not faxing, but IRCC web form. It worked, the PR card has arrived.

Below instruction from IRCC when I asked
After reviewing your file, we noticed that an address is necessary in order to issue your Permanent Resident card (PR card).

To notify us of your address, please use either:

• The IRCC Web form and choose Change of Address located in the drop down menu under the heading Enquiry, including the following information:
  • your last name and first name,
  • your client identification (ID) number (if available),
  • your date of birth,
  • your home address, and
  • your email address

OR

• The online address notification tool.
