Husband not accompanying

Hi there
I am in great dilemma as my current crs is 444 but without husband it goes to 470 and current draw was on 463
If I click that option ...I need to give reason for that .we have no children.husband is farmer and one elder brother to look after his parents
So what reason I can put for that he is not accompanying...kindly help me as there is no way out for me

You can either misrepresent yourself by cooking up a story with many loose ends or You can be the honest abe and mention the truth on your application that your husband is not accompanying you because it will boost your CRS score, giving you a chance to immigrate and you intend to sponsor him later.

You can simply state that your husband is not accompanying you for family reasons. They really don't care all that much, it's not illegal to remove your spouse to boost your points. You know that you can't add him after you get your ITA though - you'll have to migrate alone, then sponsor him via family sponsorship which will take one year.

Actually my husband is farmer and he takes land on lease along with our farming land ...land on lease is around 25 acre and we do have lease agreement s with different land owners..can I provide this as a justifiable reason for husband not accompanying
One more question ..can unjustified reason cause rejection

I am going for the Non-Accompanying option as 444 simply not attractive anymore.

You may use any reason including boosting your CRS score and sponsor the spouse later in life. I had asked IRCC via Twitter and they confirmed that reason to be valid.

We were in England for 4 years on study permit..husband was fined for a little. Fight over there..now we need pcc from uk... though I click on husband not accompanying...will this history affect my case ...and is there anyone who clicked spouse not accompanying that thanks for quick response

No PPR yet. I explained that we do not have enough points to be invited as a family, so I will go there alone. Get a job and buy a house then process family sponsorship.

I ordered GCMS notes back in April and received end of May. My eligibility is passed by the officer even though I chose Spouse Non-Accompanying to boost CRS points. I did not use Letter Of Explanation (LOE) about this point. I just answered the question in the application form that asks reason(s) for selecting non-accompanying.
