Lol pre arrival service is basically a handbook to get u prep for Canada u know that right? Then why would immigration send u pre arrival service if you’re not approved? Do explain.
We were sent pre arrival service in March just after my interview also, that doesn’t mean we’re not approved is it? Lol cause atleast that’s not what I read in other forums.

I did see the "Decision made" today there was no update yesterday. So i got the decision made update today and the pre-arrival services email today as well. I mean why will they send that email is the decision is denied? Thanks so much for your comments!!!

If we're approved why are we still waiting? Yes, covid 19 has disrupted everything but that didn't come into affect until mid-March and Jan 7th was 5 months ago. If we're approved, why were they still asking for more information in January after the pre-arrival was sent.

I'd love to think all is done and approved, that all we have to do now is wait for PPR, but this whole process has left me feeling very uncertain about everything.

Yes, hopefully. And until then maybe you could drop the "lols" from your message. It isn't necessary to "LOL" at someone just because they have a different understanding of something than you do. An explanation is sufficient.

And like you said, all our files are different. So, if someone can show me anywhere on the CIC website where it says what you are saying about 100% approval on receipt of pre-arrival letter, I'd be really happy to see it.

We have the exact same message and it says “profile/application updated” but we cannot see what. I have submitted it to IT, webform, and emailed Mexico about it so far no solution.

As I said before I would love to know that our application was approved but it's been 5 months since I got that message, so I apologize for being a little skeptical.

I don't think you should "laugh out loud" at anyone just because they don't understand something the same as you do, but that's my humble opinion. Trust me, if I didn't already have a positive attitude, I wouldn't be checking this forum everyday waiting for good news and applauding others when they get it too.

Do you have some proof from the CIC website to back up your 100% approved belief? I just want to know for sure, I'm not trying to give you a bad time.
