Hi,

I just received my gcms notes and it says that my eligibility is under review because my noc job code is not consistent with my job description even though I found the closest match to my actual job. What can I do? I'm very concerned that they will refuse my application over this. The first officer deducted all my foreign work points because of this. Should I call them? What would be a good number to call? Did anyone have a similar situation and in the end they ended up passing eligibility?

You probably would get ADR to explain then plan reply accordingly.. expert views solicited please

Raised a webform 5 days ago i am got a general response from CIC:

Did you check today? Mine says 37 days and 80%. Yesterday mine was in mid 40's. My AOR is Jan 7th, 2020.

MY AOR is 30 Jan. I also have not received any GU but when I raised a web for I received the following:
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Met
Security: not yet initiated.
My VO is Sydney, NS.

So, there is nothing to worry about and good luck.

But should the job description be different? I'm not sure what changes would make sense.

check the job duties and lead statement for your noc code on the government of Canada site. Note the key words. Let the job duties in your new letter resonate those keywords. Dont copy and paste. All the best

I don't suggest you make a new reference letter now because that might lead to misrepresentation. You have already submitted you application in Jan, 2020 and a new reference letter with changes in your job duties might lead to misrepresentation. Just wait it out. If it's under review there is a chance you will get an ADR to explain or maybe they will do a check with your company on the job roles. If they had to refuse they would have already refused a long while back from my point of view. It's just a suggestion. The final decision is absolutely up to you.

Yes, and this will not delay you at all and would be the quickest and easiest approach.

Why would it affect your case? I know people raising web forms almost once every month and they got the PR.

For my freind also they deduct foreign work experiance .I wonder will happen with me also.you cec or fsw? How many figferent nic you added in your profile .I have 2 digferent NOC
