Anyone in the forum has experienced of getting a job offer or arranged employment from Canada while applying from outside Canada. What are the chances. Will appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks

Are you already a permanent resident of Canada? If not then you should assume getting a job offer will not be possible.

In that case I honestly wouldn't waste your time looking for a job offer. Assume it won't be possible.
If you want to move to Canada, focus on qualifying to immigrate through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry with no job offer.
