I am a PR in Canada and I came to India to get married. Now India is on a state of lockdown and I have no way to go back to Canada and start my Sponsorship application process. I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge about any exceptions put by CIC that we can start the process from outside Canada or something?
Can I as a PR in Canada apply for Sponsorship Application from outside Canada due to COVID-19?

You must wait until you have returned to Canada before you will be able to sponsor your spouse for PR.
No exceptions to this rule have been announced due to COVID-19.
