Just a concern. On my application: security, crim, bg is cleared but the visa office is still verifying if I meet the eligibility requirements, Is it wierd that I have eligibility still going on after security? Or did they put my application under Review required?

Please can someone answer this

@Bonvi I just spoke to an agent, it's normal nothing to worry about.

How come you are able to reach the agent? I keep calling them but unfortunately my calls do no get transfer to an agent

I just wish it was possible to understand how people still manage to speak to CIC agents nowadays.

I'm in US and I used TextNow, I called 3 times in total and had to wait 30 mins when it finally got connected.

I'm in India. Called via Canadian TextNow number. I keep engaged with Robot until I input my application number..........when I press 0 to transfer my call to an agent, the robot conveys its freaking inability to transfer the call!

Ok, Try 2-1-1-0 on prompt regardless what area yu file in then it might get connected.

ya I guess...2- status;1-permanent residence; 1- again status; 0- transfer call to agent......but then it hangs up. I will try at 8:57 am EST as you suggested. I would not mind waiting time at all if I will get to talk to an agent eventually.

my account got updated today with below message -

Final decision - May 20, 2020:Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

The document status is updated with - Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)

But I don't see any document attachment / email from cic !!

any idea whats going on ?

I called CIC today, seems like the COPR is dispatched via mail for me. Not sure if online copy will be available.
