Made a mistake please help!!!!

I made 2 huge mistakes, I wrote in the family information section, my sisters wrong birth date, and in the previous travel section I wrote that I traveled to Canada from 2017 until 2018, I only stayed for a month and I mixed up the years, I’m afraid my study visa might get rejected and I don’t know what to do

Why would you tell them the mistake without correcting it? You should have sent the corrections together with the mistake in the first place. Go ahead and send the corrections now.
