CIC Visa Application Processing

I know CIC has stopped processing visitor visa applications but can I still apply for visitor visa? Will the application sit in a queue waiting to be processed?

Also, what about super visa applications? Are they being processed or are they stopped as well?

1. They are still processing, but slowly. There is no postings on the official site that visa processing has stopped. You can still apply.

If you’re not eligible to travel to Canada, don’t apply during the suspension (April 29 to May 19, 2020). You will not be able to come to Canada.
