It is next to impossible to secure a real job offer from oustide of Canada. You should assume that any job offer you receive is fake.

- If they ask you for any money, it is fake.
- If you get the job quickly, it is fake.
- If they tell you there is urgency in applying, it is fake.
- If they promise to pay for your flight or accommodations or food, it is fake.

Marriott hires people directly. They do not use agencies. Again, any hotel job offer you receive is going to be fake.

Again, there is zero chance this job offer is real.
