PCC means Police clearance certificate. and BLS is service provide where Indian people get PCC.
are you sure brampton is close ? coz i called brampton they answered and they told me toronto office is close not brampton , even my lawyer said the same thing and please DONT SEND UR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS , BLS CANADA person told me only copies not original .

Call BlS canada and they will send u one link , click on that link and pay for purolator , purolator guy will come and pick up ur documents (make sure u ready ur papers before the guy come , police clearance form, bank draft of 44.40 dolar etc) and shipping label on the top of ur package

About 12 days ago my boss received an email from the Ontario Immigration asking if my Job offer was affected by Covid.
He replied that email c/c me. Saying that the job offer still valid.
I did not get any updated after that. My status on the Ontario Immigration Website is: "Waiting for Information"
Anyone in the same situation? were they expecting a letter instead of just an email reply?
