I will try to call them again tomorrow for what steps need to be done as I have already mailed them a photograph with UCI and name on the back of photo. And I received the email containing PR letter from Kitchener IRCC office (Ontario).

Even I was confused too but looks like it this office is only for conducting landing interviews and PR card photos.Good to know there's an IRCC office in Kitchener, since I'm living here now

Security background verification valid
Criminal background verification valid
I raised a web form on may 12 to which I received the following reply. I didn't receive any mail communication as specified in the reply.Suddenly why are they referring to mail on Feb when they communicated already once to my webform last month.
Please help me with it.

It's a glitch. I was startled to receive a similar mail on May 8 saying to refer to a communication they've sent on Feb 27 (exact date). I had to completely check my inbox, junk etc. and not finding anything from them on the said date. Again raised a web form asking them to resend the mail. They replied saying that no communication was sent on 27th Feb from them.
