GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

I see some people have "passed" vs "valid" vs met.
What is the difference between these ?

• "The eligibility requirements are passed."
• vs
• "The eligibility is currently valid."
• vs
• "The eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied have been met"

Any inputs/thoughts?

I received my 2nd GCMS note. and it say BF review.File referred to MO for review and to follow up action per 15Oct 2019 note.

What does that mean? any ideas. thanks.

I am sponsoring my husband under the family class. I ordered my notes and I got them 4 months later and my second sets of notes, I got them about a month after which is more reasonnable. Can someone explain to me what it means:

Does it mean there will be an interview or a lead officer will decide if there will be an interview?

I would say yes to the interview. I had this also. I ordered the notes a few months later and my second set specifically said interview and included the reason for interview

Anyone guys can help me to answer this. I review my gcms notes and it says"Integrated search found that applicant stays without legal status in CDA for a period of time (which is fine because i declared it in my application). Aside from WP and extension refusals, there appears no adverse info.

The one that has an underlined makes me worried. Though I click YES on the question “Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?” , and here's my detailed answer "Applied for restoration as a worker on January 16, 2017 but refused". I only declared the latest one but not the other two (because i have two refusals in the past 2014 and 2016 , but got approved when reapplied, this third one,unfortunately has been denied). Is there any effect on my application, because I did not mention the other two? if yes, what would i do to resolve this while my application is under process?

Hi i ordered notes around jan and received it a month later. Im oct 2019 applicant from qc and my bgc has not started. I had only on ghost update in dec but around the same time, we had apply for australian visa which might be why there was an update on cic profile. Is it normal that it takes so long for bgc to start? That was why i ordered the notes. Would it be pointless to order again? Ircc wont do anything on the file until bgc is completed? I guess there wont be any SA without CSQ anyway. Gives me the impression in could take 2 years to get PR

You did not reach a year yet so you have to be patient. Quebec case here and we received AIP and SA after 21 months. We are now at 26 months and still waiting. Never in my life I tought it can take so long. We ordered notes and see that they opened our files for the fisrt time in august 2019 wich is more than a year delay.... ( yes they send us medical csq and police before that but that's more an 'automatic things', the first real note of the agent is in august 2019... ) They really don't give a shit about people.

Never in my life I tought it can take so long. We ordered notes and see that they opened our files for the fisrt time in august 2019 wich is more than a year delay.... ( yes they send us medical csq and police before that but that's more an 'automatic things', the first real note of the agent is in august 2019... ) They really don't give a shit about people.

People with CSQ simply forget that there is a limit to number of PR given out by quebec per year.
Read CAQ party's pre and post election points on immigration.

More CSQs are given out each year than the number of PRs they can approve. Therefore, it is a bounding on Ottawa to keep PRs for Quebec upto the limit imposed by Quebec. If they stopped issuing excess CSQs then they would loose the labor workforce for the time period their work permits expire.

I don't believe that at all. I called at immigration Quebec to ask them ( becaus ircc told me that it is becaus of quebec that its slow ) and they said once the CSQ is given they have absolutely nothing to say after that. They are no longer involved in the process !
PR are approuved and distribute by the FEDERAL and not by the PROVINCE. CSQ is juste a way use by quebec to choose their immigrant BUT THEY DO NOT DELIVER PR, So quebec said to canada; yes we accept him. THATS IT . ( confirm by immigration quebec )

Im not impatient about the PR application. I just wanted to know if its normal that BCG hasn't started after 6 months!! First time I ordered the notes tbh was out of curiosity and because there was a ghost update I thought it was BCG. There's no rule on when to order the notes. It's not a competition to who order it the latest possible. From what I understood (which is not much) from the notes, is that the BCG had not started. I still want to know whats the average for BGC to start for most ppl

There still must be something that is not transparent. Yes the agent on the phone says it's just CSQ but is it really? Why some qc applicants were waiting months for no reason to receive their medical? It's not just the CSQ. IRCC has to check with Quebec against the quota before giving PR. You get your CSQ but we all know the immigration process is not a straight line for everyone. Quebec has its own economic immigration program too. So even though they gave few, they still work with qc before giving PR because the amount of time between CSQ and PR is not the same for everyone. Imo
