yes todays draw May 13. I have submitted profile in express entry after the pnp draw.

How can they pick a profile which has not been created yet.

I have created profile today May 13 at 3:30 PM EST. But the tech draw has happened around 11AM.
Is there any chance I can get NOI ?

If it's of any consolidation for being just several hours late - if you had no Canadian working experience, you would not get invited even if you made it in time.
