How the MR looks like, is it requested by email or physical letter ? Thank you.
when you get MR, you will get an email telling you "new messages plz check in your account". Then you log in and there will be two messages, one is telling you what you need to submit(medical and update documents maybe), another one is a form you need it to book the medical appointment.

Dear all,
I have one question about my timeline, I have 15 weeks left on my timelines but haven't received MR, PCC. Is it normal or not, please share your experience.
My timeline is below:
9OCT2018: sent document for federal. (with paid all fee before sending)
23DEC2018: AOR
NOV2019: My file have been in the processing phase.
7Jan2020: files sent to local visa office (Singapore)
4Mar2020: biometrics request and 09Mar2020: succesfully submitted.
So far, no news (no MR, no PCC request). Just 15 weeks left(Aug 9 2020 is the ending day of treating files). Please share your experience and what I have to do now? Thank you in advance.
My application was in September 2018. No MR yet yet. PCC I submitted with my application. Not sure of i would be requested. Medical and security is showing to not have started in my case

Which month they reached in the processing ? Just to get an estimation for mine
In my case, it turned into "Processing" at the same day that I got AOR.
But it does not really mean anything.
Sometimes it turns into processing when you get AOR - or sometimes after AOR.
In some cases, it is updated with MR and even sometimes together with PPR.
You do not need to worry about it.

At the time Cairo VO start processing your file it will change to "In process".
It should be before MR.

Hello All, hope you are doing well and safe there during the lock down....

I have updated my IMtracker and you can see the same below in my signature...

I have a GCKey account that says 10 months is my estimate processing time. there was no update at all, however when i checked the ECASE online i saw the following :
  • We started processing your application on December 16, 2019.
what does that mean and why it's not showing this update on my GCKey ??

another questions: from the ECASE i saw 2 different addresses, My home address and my mailing address which is are both different since i am a contractor working on projects in different areas and i change my physical address frequently! should i update my physical address ? what is the best way to do so ?

Hello all, maybe it is a stupid question but I can’t figure out how to request GSMS notes when I am not in Canada. Could anybody write me the proper way? Thank you

Yes, you should inform IRCC even if you’ve been changing your addresses regularly.

It is an easy process and can be done online. Just raise a webform, choose the address change option and write your new addresses.
You can update both mailing and residence addresses. After you submit the form it takes around 20 days for them to update. Then you start to see your new addresses on the ECAS web page.

You can also update your address from https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do ,
I believe its the same thing as updating thru webform.
