Time line for Permanent Residence application for Refugees

Hello all,
I have been enjoying the forum before it was deleted. I can see that people are getting so pessimistic due to the long wait for both IRB hearing and then the long march to PR. I am one of you who have been through these seemingly endless processes. Patience is the one big thing I have learned here in Canada; this is a waiting country, alas! But I still hope and have a bit of optimism towards my recent PR application since December 2019.
I was granted a convention refugee status in November 2019 after three years of waiting as refugee claimant. Below is my timeline for PR application.
I am wondering how relatively fast my application is going (as you can see from the timeline below, I and my dependents oversees completed biometric, medical and police certificate in almost one month) but at the same time I feel lost because I haven’t received any update regarding eligibility requirement even though I submitted all the requested documents four months ago. Note: I have received a letter from IRCC that I am selected for Centralized Concurrent Processing Pilot, whatever that is.
I would be happy if someone with the same experience shares his thought about when I will get eligibility requirements updates and what should I expect in the coming months.

Permanent Residence
- We received your application for permanent residence on December 18, 2019.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 21, 2019.
- We started processing your application on December 20, 2019.
- We sent you correspondence on December 20, 2019. This is about me being selected for Centralized Concurrent Processing Pilot
- We sent you a letter on December 20, 2019. This is about the forms my dependents oversees have to fill and send it to Mississauga
- We sent you correspondence on January 9, 2020. This is about biometric and police certificate for both myself and my dependents oversees
- We sent you medical instructions on January 9, 2020.
- Medical results have been received.
Congrats that is great new that is what is called an AIP which means you are closer to your DM!!!!!!IRCC is working
who knows maybe ur family will be in that 1% don't lose your hope just try but with a good reason invitation and support letter

EVEN THIS IRCC DIDNT KEEP THE PROMIOSE UNFORTUNTELLY

WHATEVER THEY DIDNT KEEP THE PROMISE AS YOU ALREADY NOW PASSED 16 MONTHS OF APPLYING FOR PR
he /she is december 2019 and IRCC has requested everything already in only one month for the whole familly they are lucky those who are in pilot program
yes i applied december 2019 and submitted medical, biometric, police certificate and passport of my dependents all in january 2020. , people in the pilot project might be lucky. my worry is this particular pilot project is suppose to run only for one year and i am wondering what will happen if IRCC will not finish our applications in that one year time frame of the pilot.
you are in the new pilot program, your application processing time will not exceed one year. so lucky!

People who their PR process take more than 15 months we are all on deep background checking process and its not in the hand of IRCC
base on some standard and SOP your officer recognized they should check you "deep background checking" because not hazardous for Canada in feature so they will send this request to CSIS for background checking and as I read in some post in another topic of this website they are working with some agency around the world so it's like they will create some requests to that agency, long story short its all depend to those request back, CSIS's guys will complete their result and they will forward to IRCC than IRCC officer will consider case by case by the lineup.
even its not in hands of IRCC even if you notice when u take ATIP, at the result, some parts are blank, and IRCC only replies u by please wait.

thanks. I feel your frustration and what you said makes sense. I guess different government agencies are involved in these processes. I can see from my application that i haven't received an update regarding eligibility despite the submission of all requested documents. the last time i received update was in January regarding medical exam pass. so i guess IRCC will wait reports from other government agencies to review the applications.
i think it is good to hope as there is nothing that we can do to change the course of IRCC timeline.
