Two months ago I have received phone call from a company called The Immigration Enterprise. Basically what they was saying is congratulation you have been accepted for immigration process. Than I have been asked to issue a payment of 600 USD. After a month they called me again asking for 1000 USD and I was advised that this is the last payment for the legal process. Yesterday, they called me again asking for 2235 USD saying this is final payment to complete my application and they are 100% sure I will get a visa in other case they would not ask me for payment. To me it looks like a SCAM. Does anyone have or had similar situation. Or anyone have used services of this company?

I’m from Spain, I experienced the same I guess with the same company. I supposedly aplied for the working visa in usa, and they asked me for 528usd which I paid and then after 5 months I received a call in which they’re assuring me I’m 100% eligible and successful and they asked me 930USD at the moment of the call, without being aware of the second payment. I told them it was no fair I’ve never been informed and they told me if I wasn’t paying at the moment they took me out of the procedure and have a nice day and they hang the phone out. It’s unbelievable ! And they said there were linked with other company: thegoodadvise.org. I had calls from both of them and they shared same information. Does anyone know something about them? I need some aid or assessment.

What do you need to know apart from the fact it's a scam and unfortunately you gave them money?

Is there any way to detect this things? At the beginning they seem legal and decent. Assume that anyone offering you a job in Canada is a scammer.

Knowledge is power / don't be ignorant / do some research / be familiar with the actual immigration process before you give your money.

These types tend to be very convincing and believable to some people. They make you feel special and wanted, and they make you want to act fast or you'll miss out on a great opportunity. That's how they get you.
But if you know the true nature of the employment or immigration process in Canada, then you know it's not real.

Yes that’s true but I was replying karolina who seemed she had the same problem as me with same fake company
This company Covers also Canada and usa
