extending work permit - online - HELP

Hi, I applied for express entry and received my AOR. I am waiting for my PR but my post graduate work permit expires next month.

I cannot generate the bridge work permit application. I must do this in a couple of days.

I did the online tool and a couple of days ago was able to generate however it got deleted.

I am doing the online tool again but does NOT generate work permit extension application. I tried to retrieve any application by searching my uci number but nothing shows up

Maybe there are some technical issues mentioned in this link.

however i dont know whats the reason. I am getting so nervous.
