Hello everyone,

I need some guidance from you guys about reference letter. My NOC is 1111, and in my draft letter, I tried to match my duties with the NOC description.
However, my previous company refused to sign on my letter. They wrote their own letter and simplified my duties to: preparation of financial statements and tax returns for entities (the other duties they wrote are totally not related to NOC duties).

I have been trying to ask them to sign another letter three times already but the managers have been ignoring me, they just kept silent. My old colleagues all quit the company, but I may be able to contact 2 of them.

I already have other documents of my employment such as: work contract, payslips, bank statements for monthly salary, a capture of the company website with my name and other employees' names (my old colleagues at that time) as well as our designations.

So can you guys please tell me what I should do in this situation? What kind of document should I try to get?

I would really appreciate your help.
Thanks a lot.

Can you get one of your senior colleague to sign it for you? Worst case scenario, just tell them the purpose of the LOE.

I have no senior colleague, only director and manager. I can try to get my old colleague to sign for me, but it can only a digital signature, would that be ok?

Why do I need to tell my colleague or manager the purpose of LOE?
