My husband got his work permit approved today.
Initial application sent: September 30, 2019.
Application returned: October 30, 2019.
Application sent back: November 15, 2019.
Application received: November 18, 2019
AOR: March 6, 2020
OWP approval: March 13, 2020

Do you guys think they’ll stop processing of documents and work permits approvals because of the virus ?
So far it seems like they are still functioning normally. We should know soon enough if they're going to slow down or stop processing applications.
I got a letter from CIC asking me to submit my CV and travel history (IMM5562e). I am confused with this particular part of the letter - it says - "All requested documents/information and a copy of this letter must be submitted."
Since I am uploading these documents online, should I merge the letter (which is a PDF) to my resume or travel history? Any idea?

Wondering if anyone received medical request yet? I got my OWP in mail earlier this month. I applied on Nov 5
End of october applicants have just gotten their medical requests last week. In case IRCC are still operating normaly (which i doubt) we should be getting the medical request next couple of weeks.

Having said that considering how they have canceled on elective surgeries and other surgeries and also closed down dentistry offices in the anticipation of cases pertaining to the virus increasing , they wouldn’t ask us to do medical right to ease the load in labs and on doctors... it’s all hands on deck kinda situation, so I guess even if they are working or slowed down I wouldn’t expect to get medical request till things calm down a bit in my opinion.

No we didn’t. We just submitted his OWP application with the PR application. We are allowed to do that as long as your spouse is in Canada. Just fill out the form and pay the complete fees. Have you submitted an application?
