I am pretty sure you are allowed. COPR depending on your case. if you have immediate family of Canadian citizen or pr holder in Canada. You will be allowed.
Immediate family includes your spouse. That’s what it is in my case. My wife is coming and she has a one time visa and a COPR. I am her immediate family ( her husband) with a Canadian citizenship.

let me know if I am mistaken. Thanks
I am a Canadian Permanent Resident. Is my Spouse allowed to travel on TRV?
its really confusing.. some places its mentioned yes and at some places only for Immediate family members of Citizens

hi guys, so my passport is at the Canada visa office in new Delhi since the 4th of march, i am waiting on my PR visa, but now i'm concerned about when, and if i'll get my visas, i'm half scared the would send it back without a visa because of the corona virus. did anyone else get their visas recently? or does anyone have any news regarding this, whats going on and what are they planning to do with the passports that are already at their office? please let me know. will be very grateful. Thank you.
don't worry they won't reject your application on the basis of covid-19. But the processing times may change. Its written on cic.ca that covid-19 won't affect the results but may affect the processing times.

That’s a temporary visa? Does your spouse have landing papers for Canada? If not then she might not be able to as it’s just a travel visa for a visit and not to live. Again I could be wrong. I’ll have more information in the next 6 hours or so when my wife boards

Hello
I have my flights booked for Mid April, however, looking at the current situations and border closing anytime, at a fix to make a decision. My COPR expires in July. I have time, however, with changing decisions being made by officials/governments, what should I do?
Travel immediately or can wait till June?
Hi guys, I just spoke to my immigration lawyer. He said that COPR is also considered under residents category and we are good to travel. My flight is on 19th March from Mumbai.

Hope you guys have a safe travel.

Cheers !!
please let me know if you are allowed to travel

Dear All,

I am residing at Kuwait, we booked our tickets on 24th March 2020, but unfortunately Kuwait airport is closed until 28th March 2020. My COPR expires on 5th May 2020. I am planning to travel 29th March 2020. Please update us whether we can travel with COPR then I shall book the ticket. The call center also temporary closed, I have raised web form for it.

You won't have any info for people planning to fly after tomorrow, as the ban on foreign nationals doesn't come into effect for another 22 hours.

Are your parents or spouse a Canadian national? If so then you should be fine. All immediate families are ok at this point.

Yes but if you read properly and listen. It says immediate family are exempted from the ban. So once my wife is able to come. I’ll be able to tell you what the situation is :) Merci

Sigh. Your wife is coming BEFORE the ban is in place, so again, you won't be able to comment on what will happen to travellers AFTER the ban is in place....
