Can my disable father bring my wife as care taker on visit visa ??

One of mine friend has been married 2 years before and did not apply sponsorship and soon he is going to apply her sponsorship.
Mine friend’s father ( he is Canadian citizen, age 74) been to Pakistan and now want to come back Canada , he is disable person and has doctor letter of that’s explain he can not go alone to Canada , he want to apply visa of his son’s wife as visiter visa as care taker during travel .
Does he apply her visa or not ?
Does rejection of visit visa will effect the sponsorship visa ??

For her to be approved, she will need to demonstrate strong ties to her home country. The chances of refusal are on the higher side since she has a husband who is already in Canada. Recommend your friend apply to sponsor his spouse as soon as possible.

Would be sure you have a plan B because the likelihood of approval is low. Is there a reason he is not sponsoring his spouse?

He has some debts and now everything thing has been clear . Is there any problem he does apply it now , does he needs to give clarification for the late reply.

There is no income requirement for sponsoring a spouse expect being able to show you can financially support your spouse without government help. As long as he didn’t file for bankruptcy Or doesn’t receive welfare he is fine.
