Sydney VO
AOR May 30, 2019
Medicals passed July 09, 2019
Criminality passed
Eligibility passed
Security passed

called them yesterday and file is pending on final decision, but everything has been passed.
Agent said that there's a note regarding my medicals that would expire in 90 days.

Feb 14 - profile update
Medicals passed February 14 2020.

Not sure why they had to extended my medicals since it would expire only in April, but hope that PPR is coming.

my timeline:

CEC, Inland.

AOR: 14 May
MED: 26 June
PPR: 29 Jan
Passport sent: 30 Jan
Application approved: 4 Feb
Then in a week span I got COPR and another week later got COPR signed by officer in Toronto airport (left Canada for two days).

A little over 9 months for the entire process. Hope everyone who waits gets their PPRs as soon as possible :)

Congrats, me too. AoR 21 May and got the COPR last week, drove 11.5 hrs round trip on Saturday to cross the border and now I'm good to go ^_^

Only problem is I have a business trip next month, so without my PR card I'm flying to Seattle, then Bellingham, then catching public transport to Blaine, so I can walk across the border, then catch my PT to the skytrain. Makes my direct flight home a 24 hour ordeal :(

Anyone got any suggestions for this route?

May 18 here.

It is a virtue, but when I called I was told my file hadn’t been picked up by Montreal since October, and after four months of inactivity, the call centre is allowed to contact the VPO and essentially ask why the heck it’s taking so long.

I had initially called when I hit six months and was told there were notations that I would probably need to send more documents, but they didn’t put in a request for them. Sent them, they were received, but no one has picked up the file since. I’ve got a week left before they *have* to respond to me, but who knows. Probably going to have to have my spouse contact our MP.
