It takes 9 months to get a medical keep waiting .
Not neccesarily because there's an applicant on the September 2019 spreadsheet from st Lucia who received medical request in February 2020. Think it just depends on a variety of factors which I can't even explain. It jus seems like an unfair process.

I agree but you are better off to have a late medical exam/appt. than an early one. Your medical exam/appt is only good for one year, and the COPR expiry date is tied to that medical expiry date (the date you passed your medical exam). Therefore the later the medical the more time you have to get to Canada once you are issued the COPR. Make sense?

For instance ours is NOT good. My husband's medical was passed on April 7, 2019 and our application was received on Jan. 4, 2019. We are currently just over 14 months and only have 30 days left on our medical expiry and we haven't received PPR yet. Sooo, there is a very good chance we will have to redo medicals and that's expensive in any country!

Sometimes it’s early in the process but based on my experience it’s later in . Later is better so if it goes past the 12 months there is no stresses .

Submitted application in November 2019. File moved to Mexico VO on December 23rd. No Medical Request so far. Is this normal?
Its probably not a bad thing. Our medical was requested 3 months after the application was submitted and it expired this week.. seems like most applications are taking 15-18 months out of the mexico VO.. so if requested at the 9 month mark, it might be a blessing

What spreadsheet?? Is there a link?

Just got an update from my MP's office. Our application has been referred for an interview. I'll update again when we get a DM in ecas.
