I am the permanent resident of canada and i have applied for my wife spousal case on Feb 8th , 2020 . we got medical submission request on March 3rd, 2020 and we went to take medical test on March 6th, 2020 . . we did pregnancy test on March 1st but it was negative and now we did pregnancy test again yesterday i.e March 7th , 2020 and it was positive . But we wrote NOT PREGNANT in the medical exam as we were not aware ? So what should we do ? Should we contact the hospital in which we took medical or 5-7 days pregnant is not an issue ? Please advise
