Until now no updates yet, and as per my Gkey account, 37% status. How about yours? Hoping that they will send me email that I need to send my passport for stamp as soon as possible.

No it really is AOR2 as it is mentioned in the letter and as other people said in various forums. The letter says « Acknowledgement of receipt ». And in the letter they say that the next step will be that we will receive a letter that will confirm our eligibility.

This letter concerns the request for sponsorship of a member of the grouping category family that you submitted to this office on behalf of .......... and family (if applicable). This message is sent to confirm that your request for permanent residence of one or more family members were sent to the visa office in Paris for treatment. Visa office contact information If you need to provide more information or make other inquiries regarding your family member's application for permanent residence, please send an email directly at the visa office above using the IRCC Web Form form. You find the form in the Information section on the specific page at the visa office above at the following link: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/request-or.asp If you receive this letter by email, please note that we will not send you another copy. of your correspondence by mail

Did the PA received that letter (in the Gkey account) or is it the sponsor ?

Ok so from what I understood by what people are saying in the forums is that it’s not the AOR2 if the sponsor received it. In our case, the PA received it not me (the sponsor)

Yes.That what I understood too. In Ecas still showing application Reçeived.I am waiting to be in proccess or get AOR2.but from what I read Paris Vo they take too long
