Technical Issue in Converting Files

Hi everyone. I have a very dumb question regarding the conversion of PDF files. So I filled up the imm5257e form in Adobe Acrobat Reader, and when I was trying to convert it into pdf, it says the file is password protected and that I can't convert. Any solution to go around it?

You shouldn’t convert it. Just use the buttons on the form, save or generate if they are there.

So when I upload, I choose the pdf under the name imm5257e that I've already edited? I thought about doing that too but the thumbnail is "Please wait..." something like that

Yes that’s it.

“Please wait” means you’re opening it in your browser. It can only be displayed correctly in the native Acrobat/Reader app.
