guys if we notice something missing in our application after application submission and before AOR1. is there any way to send the missing document or to report to ircc. and which way we can let them know, and what would be the reference number in that case.

I as a sponsor have not received link from CIC to link to online. However, principal applicant got biometric and medical request. I got Sponsor Approval AOR1.

Please advise...

PS: I am the representative of my principal applicant

When did you receive the AOR1?
When did your PA receive the Medical, Biometric?

I dont think CIC sends a link. You can simply go to their page , and create an account and link it. Use the PAs details to create a GCKEY account, then follow the steps to link. If you received AOR, it means the PA has UCI and application number, you can use these to link the application.

If the application is found to be incomplete it will be returned. In this case, i'm not sure if they will assign a file number. It might however have a temporary file number which you can get when you call them, if they give you one, you can use it when sending the missing document.

Otherwise if you have a UCI (from previous applications/communications with cic), you can use the UCI. You re-send the missing document, attach a letter of explanation with your details, sponsors details (including UCI). And then call them as well asking them to link the new forms to your application package.

Send the missing document and LOE using both, the WEBFORM and Courier. And don't forget to call them as well

Hi all, update. Just received a request to PAY for biometrics. Email says to just pay and request to complete biometrics will come at a later date. However, there is an application number now but no AOR yet.

I also just noticed that imm008 was updated in january..i have already sent my application..will there be any issue..i dont see any difference in both the forms.Not sure what was updated

No, officers know that already. They received many outdated forms already as long as its not beyond 30 or 60 days.. theres someone already called at ircc and they said that its fine because they are some minor changes only unless cancel the first application and send new application with the updated form. But its not necessary. Hope its help

Feb2- my husband sent application thru canada post(alberta)
Feb10- received application

Sponsor: naturalized canadian citizen from philippines
Principal Applicant: living in philippines

Hoping for fast process like the others. They completed in just 2 months. Fastest i've heard was 38 days.

Hey guys, just a random question. As I was checking the 2020 spreadsheet I realized that there are people who their application got received after my application was received and they got the AOR1 already and I did not get it yet. Is this normal? Should I call ?
