ADR: December 2 2019 (schedule A and travel history for both, principal applicants T4, pay stubs, bank statements)
called cic almost every week: same response - background check started, specifically criminality check, eligibility on process, security check not started yet - and was told that security check will be done by a third party)
and was told.... TO WAIT..... until now....

22 months and counting....

- asked helped from MP - nothing happened
- employer also contacted cic - to help - nothing happened
-sent letter to minister of immigration
-sent letter to prime minister
*** both said they'll review immigration process

who has same timeline?

I have close to same as yours not exactly though.

Good morning guys,
i'm going to back home for few days and planning to get upfront medical for me and my spouse. I do have my UCI# but don't have for my spouse as my spouse is not added yet in my cic account. please suggest what is the procedure to get upfront medical for both of us. Do we have to fill out any form before giving medical exams or medical clinic or staff will help us???

you need to write uci number there. I’m not sure you can ask from experts but according to me you should wait until your spouse got uci number.

Does anyone know a person with spouse add on whose file was transferred to the winnipeg office in March or April 2019? when was the last time the winnipeg asked applicants with spouse add on for ADR?

Spouse case but i add my spouse while i applied PNP . We done with medical on 24 april 2019 . Additional documents requested on 29 nov 2019 . Submitted on dec 11 2019. File transferred to winnipeg office in may 2019 . After that nothing

Do you guys think we can go as a group of 5-6 maybe to meet an MP to get CIC to look into our case? particularly spouse add ons at the Winnipeg Office. Who knows some people may get their files looked at with a little pressure from MP’s

I dont think so ..i think they could be irritate .. if we will do like this .. because they said that if u will do enquiry again and again it will take more time for processing a file .

Well what the meant is that If there is many enquiries, a resource of ircc will be answering the enquires instead of working on files, DOEST NOT MEAN that if u make enquires they will have some personal grudge and will In turn make ur file on hold or something....


Yeah some.sort of group enquires thru MP.. letters to Immigration Minister / prime minister might do something.
Otherwise ppl Been waiting for 25 +months.
