I am not even sure if they really follow the queue. I heard they are picking up files randomly, hard to believe!

Is there anyone who was transferred to winnipeg before April 2019 and have not got any response at all ??

the last time i called cic, they told me that the reason behind ADR last Dec 2nd was because an officer picked up my file already.... and told me rest assured that an officer is taking care of it already... until now... nothing has happened

My file moved to LVO after sending docs (submitted in May 2019) for spouse add on. I called jn oct 2019 they just said its in WPG. In my knowledge it was there in july as per I recieved reply email from wpg office for submitting info. I will try call them this week. Its really long wait. Hope we all get good news soon. Thank you! to respond my queries..
@"Walle_007,]If your file was transferred to local Visa office before you added the spouse or right after when they received docs for spouse add-on; it's no surprising that your file has not been touched in LVO.

There are ppl who have been transferred to lvo Winnipeg in may and June and their file has not been touched yet also. I am seeing some ppl, transferred in April, getting adr letter.

So call IRcc and ask the reason why her name is not added and when your file was transferred to lvo, it will clear things up.[/QUOTE]

Hey, My file was transferred to Winnipeg office soon after I added my spouse. sent all required documents to add spouse on april 16, 2019 and they confirmed through webform on april 24,2019 and then on may 1st 2019 my file got transferred to Winnipeg office. I never got any update or any additional documents from Winnipeg office. Even my spouse is not added yet in my cic account. I have called them for so many times even tried through MP as well but no success so far.
Its really slow procesing going on...
