2. We started processing xxxx application on January 9, 2020.
3. We sent xxxxx medical instructions on May 31, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. Medical results have been received

I have made the GC Account, when I log in it shows me the name of the applicant.

While entering the information to search my application, it says Not found. What could be the problem?

Remedical request January 24
Remedical submitted Feb 3 (got confirmation email from IOM)

Next day i checked the status using online tool and noticed the following update dated Feb 3:

"We sent you correspondence on -------2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

However we did not receive any email; I sent two followup emails ; one for asking about the missing correspondence and second for submitting proof of medical. They just replied to second one "The medical assessments have been received and will be reviewed by a visa officer. We will be in touch as soon as there is an update on the file. There are no other outstanding requests."

I am not sure why they added that update if there was nothing sent?

I am asking a question on behalf of my friend. She applied for spouse in September 2018.this was her 2nd marriage. After the interview in Islamabad in January 2020 , she got an email today with the rejection of her case.the officer didn't tell any reason but only said that he wasn't satisfied with the genuineness of relationship.
Kindly guide the right path for it.should she reapply or do appeal?

I have almost the same timelines, aftre AOR2 no news form LVO, no idea whats going on as applicants having the same time lines has got PPR

AOA ,I sponsored from Canada my wife in Pakistan, Medical and Biometric done in Dec 2019, I just got an Email from Sydney Office that file is Transferred to London Office. What may be the next , and how much more time it may take . Thanks a lot for advise.
